Social Sailing Days

Time

9.30am start until 3.30-4.30pm.

Where

Humpybong Yacht Club (HYC), Corner Hornibrook Esplanade and Oxley Avenue, Woody Point, Redcliffe. (map)

Transport

Please let us know on the form if you have a car. This way we can group individuals to carpool. OR, we will arrange for a group to catch public transport.

Train then bus it - 8:19am Train from Roma Street to Sandgate arrive 8:53am, 9:04am Hornibrook bus lines bus 690 to Redcliffe - 9:21am Stop Oxley Avenue Woody Point. (See Translink for more information)
Train then Pick-up - Please email me if one, you would like a pick-up and two, if you can pick up at Sandgate Station at 8:53am.

What to Bring

Just bring yourself, sailing gear (togs, towel, sun cream, you know the drill). We provide a BBQ lunch however you are welcome to bring your own food and there are also shops nearby.

Cost

$10. Non-members paying membership on the day ($50 for 6 months, $80 for 1 year) will have the $10 sail fee waived for that day.

Please email marrikala@gmail.com if you intend to come so that we have an idea of numbers and so that we can contact you about any changes of plans or if we have to cancel the sail day (eg: Strong Wind Warning)
